*This poem is inspired by William Blake's School Boy poem!* I love to rise in rainy days, When earth is wet And everything is fresh. When everyone is happy and in joy, The birds sings on every tree, And the nightangle sings with me, O! What a beautiful scene!! But to go to school in these days, O! It drives all the joy away. Under the cruel and weary teacher's eye I had to spend my all the day, In Sadness and Dismay. Ah! Many times I put my head down, And spend my worst hours, Nor I can read with interest, Nor I can sit in roofless classroom When it rains! How the bird born with freedom Can sit in a cage!!
